Brief de Design de Logo

Hi! We need logo for new company which will specilize in car tuning parts sales and manufacture/branding. But not just limited to cars, it should apply to broader range of products, like leasure wear, electornics etc. So logo should not be car or car part related. Cool looking, agressive, funny. Something you would put on the car or a t-shirt just because it looks good!
Logo should include text "Bad Toys Inc." and picture. Both should work together and also separate.
Tribal mask or angry/agresive robocop/terminator like rubber ducky....something it that direction.
