Brief de Design de Logo
We are an established Real Estate Investment Company. We are creating a platform to enter the residential market, yet investors drive our business model. So the logo must appeal to both investors, real estate agents and your everyday home buyer and seller.
We would like our logo to be simple with clean lines. One that conveys trust, strength, experience and security to our clients.
Carta is latin for "Charter" - (i.e. Magna Carta "Great Charter").

Reason: Hello everyone, Thank you for all your design submissions. There are some very good options. This is our first time using the service and we were hesitant to pay for something of which we were unsure of the quality of the product. You the designers have surpassed our expectations. Thank you. In light of that we feel there are currently a few of the designs we would be pleased with selecting for our logo, but we would like to tweak them slightly. For this reason we are providing feedback to those designers today and we are guaranteeing the project as well. Thank you for your work and we will still be open to new designs through the end of the project. If we decline your work please do not feel it was a reflection on your work, it just did not spark our interest. We look forward to working with each of you.

- We want a simple design with minimal colors that stands out and is cost effective printing. Easy to read text.
Bien d'avoir
- One idea that we had for a logo were "channel markers" that indicate the deepest water in river or ocean. Channel markers guide a boat to safety just as we guide our clients/customers to accomplish their goals. This is just an idea, by no means do you have to stick to this idea. We are excited to see what designs you come up with for the company.
We believe we would like Carta to be larger font than Real Estate, but once again this is not a requirement.

Ne doit pas comporter
- No traditional houses in the logo as our business model should not be branded exclusively with housing since we will be doing a variety of real estate services/investments. A unique take on a house logo would be ok.
