Brief de Design de Logo

We are looking for a logo and branding for a start up business that will market homeowners with the maintenance of their property, we are taking a handyman type of business and make it more professional, unified and organized.
We will be providing a wide range of services to home owners, everything from minor maintenance (painting, winterizing a home, changing out light fixtures, etc...) to renovation work (replacing cabinets, doors, remodel bathrooms, finish basements)

Inside this company we have two divisions, services and renovations. We would like a logo that can work with the addition to these divisions and have continuity

We do not want something that’s cartoonish; we need a logo that can be used on a hat or shirt yet still look good on the side of a truck.
The shirts will typically be a darker color so we need logo that would look good on a Black/Navy shirt. Maybe silver or chrome in the logo.
