Brief de Design de Logo

We are in need of a logo design for a new remote IT consulting company based in the Chicago Suburbs called "Orcusa, LLC". Most of our work will focus around creating data interfaces (transferring data to and from different systems) for hospitals and physician offices anywhere in the US. We will also do any other IT consulting needed. We would like to see a design that's IT (technology) related, but it doesn't specifically relate to hospitals or data. We're open to any color scheme, but would like the logo to be able to be printed (and look good) in both color and black and white. We would also like to make sure the logo is made as a vector so that it can be re-sized without losing quality. Please make sure your design is creative and doesn't infringe on other companies logos.
