Brief de Design de Logo

This is a logo for a new company "Engle Heart". My wife and I are Interfaith Ministers (we honor all faiths & religions) and will be providing the following services; weddings, family ministry, corporate ministry, Spiritual Counseling, Rituals, weddings, funerals etc...

The emotion we are looking for is soft, yet can be viewed by fortune 500 clients as being professional - I want to avoid the 'Spiritual campy' feeling. **The logo must appeal to the family market, the corporate market and the weddings market.** Therefore we are looking for something that is elegant but not frilly; clean but not sterile; personal but not cartoonish.

Engle is my family name, and the Heart is where we believe all action should arise. Engle means Angel.

Picture with the words Engle Heart is preferred.

COLORS: Deep Rich Colors - ruby red, sapphire blue, emerald Green etc...

OUR TAG LINE: A partnership of the Heart in work, love and life

Just a reminder: we are traveling today Sept 2nd and will be on Holliday until Sept 6th.  We will not be able to review or comment on any submissions until we return.  On our return we will comment constructively on as many as we can.

Thank you to those who have submitted designs.  It's been a lot of fun reviewing them.  


There are a few ideas that I haven't seen anyone submit for that were in the attachment:
* Heart shaped rose
* Stick figures with hearts in between each figure
* Hands holding a heart

Also, we're getting too many submissions that look like tattoos.  We really want to steer away from that look.  Our market is families, corporate America and weddings.

Dear Designers,

We have received many submissions with Wings & Hearts and many of them looked very nice and where creative.  Unfortunately we have not received the desired feedback with our test audience, therefore going forward we request that designers move away from this concept and move toward creating a logo that best describes our tag line "A Partnership in Work, Love & Life".

We have eliminated all designs except for four.  If you still have a design that has not been eliminated congratulations!  We will most likely make our final decision tomorrow.  If you have a quality design that you think will blow our minds then get it in within the next 24 hours.

We want to thank everyone for being so creative and thoughtful with your designs and responding to our feedback.  We have a very tough choice to make tomorrow.

  • There are many, many logos with a heart and wings. We're looking for something unique and cleaver.

  • Would like to see wings in the logo e.g. two wings folded together to make a heart but creative. **This is NOT a Priority**
