Brief de Web Design

We need a redesign of our two real estate websites. These websites offer detailed information on the two real estates and need a modern fresh up.
Both websites should have the same design type, so you can see that they belong together, yet they should be in different colors. There is no logo to these pages, so the headlines can be integreated into the designs.
