Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new mexican restaurant based in North Europe called '' el Burrito''. We will sell burritos, tacos and quesadillas. It is going to be the first shop like that in my city. I would like to see designs that use colors that gives a remember of Mexico but it has not to be kitsh (reminder to mexico but nothing like sombreros mariachis etcc), the logo shape should have an original shape (no square, rectangle or circle) something that makes a difference with the classic shape of major logo. The Final design should communicate healthy food, happiness, freshness, colorful atmoshper and fun, so in resume it should be appealing at the first sight !
