Brief de Web Design

I am Dr. Brian Bell and am building a new dental practice. I specialize in general dentistry. I am young and have a higher end dental practice incorporating very new technologies and would like my website to reflect that. As many dental patients are older, the website must be very easy to navigate. I would like patients to be able to request appointments, and will eventually add on patient information forms (the health history, etc, that you normally fill out in the practice) from my practice management software, so leave an area for that.
