Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design in order to rebrand an existing company. Originally we were just an oil change facility(similar to Jiffy Lube) We have now expanded our services to include tires, brakes, tune ups etc...

We will be carrying Quaker State Products as our oil and would like to see if we can include colors that include or compliment colors used in their logos.
Pms 348 is the color code for Quakerstate green, pms123 and pms125 for the two shades of gold.yellow
If you google Quaker State Logos under google images you should see plenty of examples of their logos and how they use the colors.
I DO NOT want to put Quaker State in our logo. Our Logo Should include
EZ Lube Plus, and we want it to communicate speed, reliability, we care about the customer and their vehicle and we are trustworthy. The meaning of these words should be represented in the logo but the words should not be in the logo other than EZ Lube Plus
