Brief de Design de Flyer

EY Partners Group (www.eypartners.com.au) needs a document designed to bring out as a questionnaire to speak with potential clients. Sales staff and planners will use this in introductions to ask basic questions but to also scribble notes and draw pictures on top of the graph.
I've attached two files which are the content that we wish to include.
1. Financial life cycle: this has two pages. Please design it so that the financial snap shot is on a different page than the lifecycle and graph. I will leave it to the designer to decide whether landscape or portrait is best - please ensure though that they are both landscape or both portrait on this document as they will be printed back to back on the same sheet.
2. Goals diagram - please theme this in the same way as the above document.
3. I've attached the logo to be used too - filename: EYPartnersgroup.eps
