Can I just ask what was wrong with the old plaques? Or what was it about them that you wanted to be different?

Also, there is a LOT of text in the "culture" section, a great deal more than the old plaque. From a design perspective, a lot of text will need to be squeezed in and can look too cluttered. Is it possible to take some parts of text out, but keep the key parts?

The main difference is the new revised text. Our previous graphics company is no longer doing print work, other wise we would have had them just revise it. I understand that there is a lot of text, that is why we want to create two different plaques, one with the Mission-Purpose & one with the Culture.

The attached PDF is our last plaque which I put there to show the style we are looking for. We have now modified it substantially and the new text is in the attached Word document which will require two plaques, one with Team, Purpose, Mission & Values and the second with Culture.
