What are the business goals of the website?

Hi, Good question! The website will be used in conjuntion with a strong mailshot, ie Brochures/flyers will be targeted at exactly the correct end user. If they still havn`t made a purchase then they will be directed to the website for further information/confirmation....ending in a purchase hopefully.

Business goal of website :

New Product/ Brand to the market
To build trust/Reassurance
Online customer support ie products/ spares available on line
