Pl don't mind, but still I'm not cleared on following query.
1. What would you like to integrate on 4 pages other than Home page ? This will help in designing of the home page. - Here I would like to know about the content & functions of the rest 4 pages. Do you like something called "About us", "How we work", "Special offers" or "Order now" - kind of pages n tags ??
2. If yes, I would like 1 more thing - for such pages are you going to provide me the content or should I create it myself ?

1> Site Layout design with dummy content.
I will share PSD file ( JPEG image first - PSD on confirmation ) having dummy content.
2> Complete Wordpress web integration with content (provided by you). (Design + integration)
3> Complete Wordpress web integration with content (managed by me). (Design + integration)
Out of all 3, my preference would be 2nd although I'm open to work on all three options.
