to help give a feel for style, I've uploaded a file with a bunch of designsfrom the gallery that I like 

So far we continue to like 883623, 883625; but the new design 886041 is probably current favorite. We like that it's a bit more stylised. Although not sure about using "BSC" in the logo.

also really more interested if someone can integrate the logo and the words better, so far we mainly have separate images and words. also tend to prefer the stylised images like some of the submissions, rather than conventional outlines 

One final suggestion - we would be interested in a logo without any logo image, something tidy & professional, looking for a great font & layout, more like a JP Morgan or Goldman Sachs (they're both not spectacular, but that idea)
