Brief de Design de Logo

We're a startup full time real estate investment firm focusing on rehabbing houses and also building a rental portfolio. The owner is from New Zealand originally so wants to bring that international flavor into the logo. The company is called Kiwiana Homes (think of Kiwiana as Americana - Kiwiana covers all things New Zealand e.g. Silver Fern, Koru, Sheep, Jandals, Pavlova, Kiwi's, the beautiful scenery. We're wanting to create a logo based around the New Zealand culture and the unfurling fern or landscape. Ideally the logo would transfer well to vehicle wraps but also to letterheads and billboards. We're open to all colors but considering the scenery and ferns in New Zealand, green can be key.

We're loving for something personable, colorful and incorporating New Zealand culture including Silver Fern, Koru etc. No need to send submissions that simply have a house above the wording.
