Brief de Design de Logo

Dear all,
This task is about the design of our company/website logo.
Transmissão Online (www.transmissaoonline.com.br , not yet online) will be a hot site dedicated to providing services in Online Broadcasting (by the way, Transmissão Online means Online Broadcasting)
Attached are some ideas from similar company's logos. Most of them are unprofessional and I sincerely do not like these logos, they are provided solely for the purpose of showing references of some interesting pictorial elements that can be used.
The text in the logo can be in a single line or in 2 lines. The fact that there is a double "O" (transmissaOOnline) can be explored. I created myself a crude example of using the Os as camera rolls, it is the top left idea in the attached file.
I am not imposing any restrictions on typology and the icon itself, though I would like to keep a clean and professional look and feel.
Keep in mind that the target of the hot site is the CORPORATE market, so a professional looking Logo is a must.
