Brief de Design de Logo

Real estate development company needs a logo design. The company is called "Level 10 Properties." We buy, renovate, and resell mainly rowhouses and some single family homes in Washington, DC.

Level 10 Properties buys homes that are 70-100 years old with beautiful bones, but needing a complete renovation. We take down all of the inside walls and rebuild with completely new systems, open floor plans on the main floor, finished basements, etc. So the homes have the charm of the old but the functionality and contemporary features of a new modern home.

We would like our logo to reflect what we do.
