Brief de Web Design

My site is already up - www.energise-me.com but is very basic at this stage.
I need a to make the design look better and lift it a bit.

I have my own ideas about what I want.
The target market for the site is women - mainly professional, corporate women around the world aged between 28-40 yrs or thereabouts.

There are 3 main areas the site will focus on:

1: Blog and Inbox magazine with contributing writers on various topics from food, diet, emotional intelligence, intuition, feminine energy sexual and non, money to name a few.
2. There is an Ebook that is being added to the site later this year taking a deeper look at all of these topics. For now those subscribing get a free summary of the book.
Book called "Lemonade - Your Simple Recipe for a Sweeter Life"
Happy to use the title for the FREE summary for subscribers.

3. Events / retreats. We are kicking off with our first Energise-me retreat in Bali in late Oct 2012. We have amazing shots of the villa we will use and the activities etc that will make up a part of the retreat.
