Brief de Design de Logo

Simple logo for a sustainable energy and interior design team. This team consists of members of the Yakima WA community that are the best in their fields: solar, green architecture, insulation, technology, construction etc and want to be the driving force, cutting edge leaders in sustainable building practices, design for healthy homes, saving $ on energy, reducing waste. The arrow/home idea has been agreed on by team members because of its simplicity, subtle approach to "driving or leading" the way. Most prefer the "swoop" under the arrow.Colors favored are black, silver, dark browns, moss,sage or lime greens. Would like to see possible gradient or shadowed effects to give more movement but also like the simple sketch provided. We are always open to new thoughts as long as it's simple.
