Brief de Design Graphique

I created a new venture called The Culture Advantage. It's focused on improving the organizational culture of companies and I have a logo, tag line and other basic info but I need an overall design theme I'll carry through to letterhead, marketing literature, direct mail post cards, whitepapers, video intros and my web site. The business card design is a trial to develop the theme and more projects will hopefully follow for the winner! This business will grow fast and I need a great design theme to leverage.

  Back should have The Culture Advantage logo and a list of areas we focus on with the red check mark image next to each. The areas are: Performance Improvement, Organizational Excellence, Strategic Alignment, Team Effectiveness, Onboarding, Leadership Development & Coaching
  
  Overall key colors are in the logo (red & black)
  
  NEED DESIGN FORMAT in a PHOTOSHOP / PSD FILE. Photoshop template from printer is attached. Needs to follow the diminsions / guidelines.

• Needs to be veryprofessional looking but it's fine to come across as very innovative, interesting or unique. Need clear design / fonts and color theme I can carry through to other print and web formats.
