We need a new, more modern "tech-looking" logo for a new company based in Boston, MA called "Diameter Health".

The successful designer may also have the opportunity "rebrand" several of Diameter Health's solutions (DH Connect, DH Predict, DH Envision and DH Staff).

Diameter Health offers service and software solutions to healthcare organizations seeking to improve their clinical and operational performance. Through lightweight applications integrating best practices with practical analytics, Diameter Health helps clinicians focus on what they do best: delivering superior care.

• Logo must be clean, professional and visually pleasing...would like to work in the concept of a circle given that the company's name is Diameter Health. If it flows, would also like to incorporate the tagline "360º Clinical Intelligence". It would be great if the logo can communicate "intelligence" and other key attributes of our solutions like: intuitive and easy-to-use, "lightweight app", extensible and scalable, etc.
  
  We would also like the logo to be able to be used in a grayscale version as well as in both "light on dark" and "dark on light" motifs.
  
  Note that the current color pattern is:
  
  In a RGB color space, hex #632523 is composed of 38.8% red, 14.5% green and 13.7% blue. Whereas in a CMYK color space, it is composed of 0% cyan, 62.6% magenta, 64.6% yellow and 61.2% black. It has a hue angle of 1.9 degrees, a saturation of 47.8% and a lightness of 26.3%. #632523 color hex could be obtained by blending #c64a46 with #000000. Closest websafe color is: #663333.
  
  Given that several screens have already been designed to incorporate this color pattern, we'd like to have the option to maintain this color, but given the larger objective of creating a new "brand" for the healthcare information technology space, we are also open to alternative colors and patterns as well.
