Im Wondering Are You Needing a Facebook Timeline Cover? Im Just A Little Confused So Excuse Me :)

Our site was the traditional one and FB changed it to the time line face. I need an all new FB page for the company. The one presently there for us is outdated and not kept up; looks very poor for a successful company such as ours. Open to all suggestions and ideas to modernize the site for us.

Is this just for a facebook page?
I am only aware of being able to change the "cover photo".
