Brief de Design de Poster

We are an IT company (base2services.com) who build and support open source applications and products - cloud solutions, system development and mobile applications
We have recently identified our company values and vision, to which we are very proud of and now it's time to live and breathe these.

These posters will be displayed around the office.
As a team, we are an energetic/fun (notice one of our values) bunch, who really enjoy technology, new ways of doing things and giving our insights and learnings back to the IT community & benefits to our customers.

Design objective:
~ looking for a original way to display our value(s)/vision.
~ an accompanying image/design that 'visually' describes the 'value' rather then just text.
~ One poster per value/vision
~ Consistency across the 5 values and 1 vision.
~ Sizes per poster - approx 45 x 30 cms
