Brief de Design Wordpress

Our website (which we have only just converted to wordpress) is just not good enough for my liking. Our centre offers classes for babies aged from 6 months to 7 years old in the middle east. Whilst our program is formal in the way that the practise deals with learning in hemispheres of the brain - the site should look more fun and a bit more approachable and attractive to families.
I like the site www.miniexchange.com or www.appleseeds.com from this region - I like the way that you land on home page with images and a quote rather than all this information coming at you and you not knowing where to click.
I want a fun and appealing site that features info about the program, class timetable, shop, news and events, gallery, blog posts etc…
I am really open to a complete redesign and just want something that looks professional but is fun and gets the information out quickly! Please look at www.futurekids.ae for current site design
