Brief de Design de Logo

About the company:
This is a newly started solo IT advisory and consulting company located in Denmark. We do advisory, procurement/tender, project management, it operations management etc. One of our services will be www.360projectreview.com (which was designed through DesignCrowd).

The company name can be written "it advisory" or "IT Advisory" or "IT ADVISORY". A tagline/slogan (not a requirement) could be "Creating value together".

As for colors I have not any strong preferences, but I am thinking green, orange or blue colors.

Requirements:
- Must be simple, clean and fresh
- Look good in ordinary printing (i.e. no fuzzy details or too much shading)

The winning desing must provide at least:
- Logo in high-res PNG with transparent background in colors, greyscale/desaturated, black-only and white-only
- Logo and elements in vector format EPS and AI
- Various logo elements in separate files (to use in e.g. letter heads and powerpoint backgrounds)
- Color codes in HTML and CMYK
