Brief de Design de Logo

we need a logo design for a UK based international IT & Technology recruitment company with two separate divisions "Focus Select" and "Focus Search", although the are separate in what they do, we want the logo's to be a mirror in theme probably with colour changes between the "Search" and "Select" element. We're open to colour options but don't want bright fluorescent colours. Our final design needs to give the impression of innovative and professional.
