This is my first time using DesignCrowd and I have no idea what to expect, so I don't want to make the contest guaranteed. However, I am not just "shopping." I fully intend to pay for the contest if anyone comes up with a better ad that what we posted as our draft. So far, I've only seen 1 and it wasn't much different from our draft.

You are free to use stock images. The skyline image we used was a stock image and I'm not sure we still have it other than in our draft. I don't know anything about its size.
