Brief de Design de Logo

We need a logo design for a new startup company called "STUDIUM". Our services offer university and high-school students a one to one online tutoring session, anywhere and anytime 24/7. Students can get help in any field/course they want. We provide tutors and students a virtual classroom with great technological tools so they can get the most from their online experience: video chat, collaborative whiteboards, formula text and code editor etc
We give students the opportunity to pay by minute and get instant help. We try to make the process as easy as possible and stick to students needs.

We would like to see a logo design with use different shade of blues. Attached please find the the logo that we have on the website. Please use it as a starting point. It is important that the logo you design can connect and go together with the website logo for branding purposes.
