Brief de Design de Logo

Hi! I'm starting a new consultancy practice to help business owners prepare to sell their companies. This involves coaching them on the emotional and financial ramifications of this critical transition in their lives as well as ensuring that the business itself is "sellable" (strong sales and profits, clean books, documented processes, stable employee base, happy clients, etc.). It involves the closing of gaps:

* between their current lives (stressful) and the lives they wish to lead in the future (relaxed and secure);

* between their own sense of the value of their business (usually high) and what the market believes it's really worth (usually less);

* between their daily activities today (taking care of their customers, staff, products and services...) and what they'll do in the future (retire, travel, start another company...)

* between their confidence of the known (today's world) and the insecurity of the unknown (what they'll do next);

* between the current state of their company (growing? profitable? stable? attractive?) and the future state of their company in order to get it sold (growing!! profitable!! stable!! attractive!!)

Design-wise, I prefer a contemporary, minimalist, flat design in no more than 2-colors to be used on website, presentation templates, marketing collateral, letterhead and business cards.
