I'm looking to hire someone to design a 11 x 17 poster for my documentary film, "Into the Gyre," which is about plastic pollution in the atlantic ocean. The film is accepted into four film international film festivals (so far), so your design would have wide exposure.

I'm looking for something fairly straightforward, that incorporates some textual information for the film, along with (maybe) existing photographs and your amazing design skills. Please do not include images of PET soda/water bottles. The film has a science advisory board which is very specific about using the correct representation of oceanic plastic pollution.
I'd like to own the rights to this poster and have the poster be scalable to printed postcards and DVD packaging.

This poster will be used at film festivals to promote the film and attract viewers to attend. It should be bold and striking, making people take notice of it and say, "that's a cool poster, I'd like to see that film about plastic pollution. It also looks like it was filmed on a ship. cool."

- The poster must have the following textual information in it. Basically as you see in any movie poster. I'm looking for interesting typography in this poster, especially with the title. In someway, I think it would be nice to play with the idea of little pieces of plastic in the visual look of the title, but that's for you to decide. I've also attached images of the motion-graphics in the film, but do not feel like you have to use these.
