Brief de Design de Logo

we are 2 specialists in pain medicine in melbourne australia. we are opening a private practice in pain medicine covering all aspects of pain treatment - back pain, nerve pain etc etc. We will be interventional (so doing surgical type procedures especially on the spine) as well as offering clinic sessions. We are both young and enthusiastic and this will be a city based practice. We need a logo that reflects words such as caring, professional, modern and clinical and not over masculine.
Images etc that we like include the melbourne sky line, rodin sculptures such as the thinker and hands, davinci's vetruvian man.
this logo is important for our brand and will subsequently be on business cards, stationery and website so translatable to all those things.
colours we like include light blue, silver, charcoal grey. not aggressive , harsh or red.
