Brief de Design de Flyer

We would like a new tri fold flyer for our hostel. We've opened up a new location called "Beachside", and the details and photos of the location can be found at: http://www.foreignexchangeaccommodation.com.au/locations/beachside/
rooms_and_facilities.html. If you have particular types of photos you would like to use we also have a large stock of photos from around the area that we can dig through and make available upon request.

A copy of an old brochure for a different location can be found at: http://www.foreignexchangeaccommodation.com.au/marketing/FEA_Tri-fold_Brochure.pdf, however we would like a new design from the ground up.

The flyer should convey a more upmarket image, so it should remain classy/classic - not too "busy" looking, but not boring either. Very chic.

The basic colours must be Purple/Silver/Black. The purple is actually a very specific colour but I assume you can get this from the PDF (otherwise there is an Illustrator file available at http://www.foreignexchangeaccommodation.com.au/marketing/FEA_Tri-fold_Brochure.indd). Also, a large version of the logo can be found at http://www.foreignexchangeaccommodation.com.au/marketing/logo_source.png if you need it.

Finally, it's important that guests can easily find us so other than the logo a map is about the only absolutely essential element. There is a Google Maps image on our web-site (http://www.foreignexchangeaccommodation.com.au/locations/beachside/contact.html) that explains where we are, but we're sure that this can't be copied to to the flyer for copyright reasons. We would prefer a simpler map anyway.

(Note: The Strand refers to a street and a long beach frontage)
