Brief de Design de T-shirt

OVERVIEW

We are Equis Funds Group, an investment fund invest in infrastructure companies around Asia. For more information:

We just invested in a gas distribution company in China named Runfar Gas Group (“Gas Company”), a subsidiary of Runfar Investment Group (“Parent Company”). For more information:

To celebrate our investment into the Gas Company, we want to print shirts that are both cool and appropriate for senior managers to wear to office e.g. on Friday casual.

USERS

• Employees of Equis Funds Group and the Gas Company, from CEO to janitor. We also want the shirts to be nice & appropriate to give away as gifts (mostly to office workers)
• Employees from the 2 companies are a mix of Western, Chinese & other Asian people
• User age: 25-45

T-SHIRT

• Type & material: polo shirts (see attachment 4 for example). Please also indicate the shirt material you think the best suited for your design.
• Background color: please suggest the best background color for the shirt, if any background is fine then we prefer these colors (materials more easily available):
- Equis logo blue or
- Light grey or
- Light blue or
- Aqua or
- Dark navy blue.

DESIGN

• Try to highlight 3 logos (Gas Company, Equis Funds Group, Parent Company) in some way, Gas Company has highest priority and should have the most focus
• You are free to change the shape, size, color of these 2 logos as you want, as long as they’re still can be perceived as company logos
• Gas Company & Parent Company logo should be in front of shirt, Equis logo could be at back or at front. This means it’s up to you to design shirts with just front or with both front and back graphics, whichever looks nicer
• We prefer elegant and simple design as these shirts are for corporate people (they don’t like complexity).

LOOK & FEEL

• The relationship is that Equis invests in Gas Company (which is a subsidiary of Parent Company)
• With the shirts, we want Gas Company employees to feel proud that they have a large investor invested in them. We also want Equis employees to feel proud that they made a good investment.
• Though Parent Company has much lessor role in this investment, we also want it management to feel happy when wearing the shirts in the sense that their subsidiary got a big investment. Kind of a face lift (important in China).
• In addition to highlighting the 3 companies, we want the shirt to give a good feelings of growth & progress
• We want the design to be elegant and subtle, so that the 55-year old CEO (also a multimillionaire) can wear it to a cocktail party with other successful businessmen. OUTPUT FORMAT

• Create a high resolution version of your design. Keep your layers separate.
• Create a 72 dpi flattened copy of your design.
• Download a template of your canvas below (attachment 5)
• Drop your flattened copy onto one of these templates or create your own.
• Your submission should be 1200 pixels wide, 1200 pixels tall, and 72 dpi
• Save your file as a jpg
