Brief de Design de Logo

My name is Joao da Silva and I am the founder and owner of CENTRAL POINT, a digital media production based in Macau, China.

I'm a videographer/director and naturally my speciality is Video/Film Production. But since Macau is an exciting and bubbling market I want Central Point to position itself more as Marketing&Communications agency, creating campaigns, corporate images, taking care of a BRAND more than a logo or a business card only.

So my idea for the company is that CENTRAL POINT is the meeting point with the client.
But CENTRAL POINT will incorporate "sub divisions" like CENTRAL POINT FILMS (video/film production) CENTRAL POINT STUDIOS (photo productions/studio space for rental), CENTRAL POINT DESIGN, (design and web design), etc, CENTRAL POINT COMMUNICATIONS (social media management, PR, etc) and even CENTRAL POINT PRODUCTIONS (event management/coverage).

I expect the logo to respect the following guidelines

- Casinos/Luxury hotels are a good chunk of the market, so the logo needs to be classy, sober, project trust and professionalism.
- CENTRAL POINT will be host for different "sub divisions", as explained above. The logo should incorporate the flexibility of serving this sub divisions. Either by color change or other graphic elements that adapt according to the business it refers to.
- A good part of the company will be dedicated to video/film production. Ideally the logo would be easy to superimposed over video.
- If possible include a study for the inclusion of Chinese characters, for the Chinese version of the company. 製作人有限公司

For now I will need business card also, so that should be included in the proposal.

I'm offering in return the possibility of commissioning all future design/web design work to the designer with the winning concept. This means that even though my budget now is so tight and limited, you will have the chance to grow with the company and have a good return on your investment.

So if you see a potencial in this partnership please include as much ideas into your proposal (CENTRAL POINT will need a web page layout design and to print brochure to present the company to clients, where it will include a CD with the portfolio).
