Brief de Design de Logo

I have created a new business that has two co-located but distinct functions:
1. Is a rural bed and breakfast catering to those wanting to 'slow life down' and escape the stresses and pressures of their everyday working lives. It will be relaxing and have a 'back to nature' feel to it in a beautiful riverside location with numerous animals to pet.
2. Is a small outdoor pursuits/adventure center providing team-building, leadership and relationship strengthening activities using the bush mountain trails, the river and a custom designed, on-site high ropes course. It will cater to corporate clients, school groups and relations, such as Father-Son weekends.
Therefore I need logos for each aspect of the business, using the same name "THRIVE". The logos need to be distinct, but clearly linked in some way in their design.
Both logos should reflect the intent behind that aspect of the business. Be it relaxation and getting back in touch with nature, or expanding your comfort zone in the great outdoors.
The designer selected will in all likelihood also be commissioned to create websites for both businesses, as well as other business related design work (signs, flyers, business cards etc).
