Quality designers won't participate in non guaranteed projects. That's why most project holders end up cancelling them. Because most designers don't invest time in them.

Thank you for the invitation. However, I have accepted in the knowledge that I cannot meet the deadline date. As you have so few submissions, I am taking a gamble that you will probably extend the date. I will not be available to work on this for approximately a week from now.

As I understand it, your requirement for a variable number of categories to be shown, pertinent to each client's individual test requirements, suggests to me that you are looking for an interactive page, which can be completed online by your staff. Will the page/form be stored on your website, for example, where it can be accessed and completed by staff, using interactive input?

To achieve any interactive input, the page requires programming behind it. I am not a programmer and can only present a layout which would accommodate the potential for this and then a programmer would need to write the code behind the page to enable the interactive (hide/show) properties. Is this what you are looking for?

I made the project guaranteed and extended the deadline.

Yes, you need to follow the guidelines and redesign it. However I would like you not to stick too much to the draft design and come out with some creative way to show the state of each category.
