Brief de Design de Logo

My restaurant is currently a sandwich/burger place where you choose your sauces to go on your sandwich. we have 18 different types of sauces. we are currently up and running but i feel as though my logo is no where near where i want it to be with just a splash cartoon like logo. My goal is to franchise so I am going for a more catchy modern descriptive looking burger/sandwich/sauce animation to go along side the way "eighteen sauces" is written out now. so probably on one side big or maybe behind the eighteen sauces. you can see below the pictures of the current logo and signage outside of my restaurant so i would like to make it something where i can add it to the side or behind the words. a modern looking cool franchisable logo similar to the style of applebee's,whole foods, mixed in with shake shack. please google "eighteensauces hollywood fl" for pictures of logo and location
