Brief de Design 3D

I require 3D images / walkthrough, indicating the general appearance of a swim school interior. The images will be used to persuade landlords to rent to us, and with contractors in the fitout. I have supplied photos of a site however clearer branding is required with a blue and white theme.

Floorplan consists of foyer area leading to a ramp where a seating area and pool is (photos attached)

Pool is 15m x 6 and 1 metre above floor level,ramp wraps leads up to pool entry level, it needs to look like a big area, not too constricted for space. The main room has high ceilings above the pool and room that pool is in is 25m x 10m. Utilities are in seperate rooms.


Exterior / Storefront:
Logo only Signage and predominantly blue appearance

Interior / Reception:
Should be loight colourful and cheerful. Nice and bright branding with simple and clear logo positioning.
Floor should be carpeted in light colour and walls coloured aqua blue at bottom and halfway up rest is white. Vertical signage with branding placed(attached)

Client Experience:
Upon entering the swim school the client walks past the reception desk towards a ramp where they walk up to find themselves in a seating area at the edge of the pool with seating

Facilities to be shown on seperate images:

Toilets and showers: 2 showers and 2 toilets, tiled floors and light coloured walls. Bench for changing.

Pump Room: Pool pumps, filters and heaters (attached)
