Brief de Design de Logo

We are a Boston based commercial real estate firm looking for a big firm image with a touch of elegance. The verbiage of the logo should say "Sun Property Group". Ideally, the logo for the company would be (in order of preference) either a blend of a sun and a building, or the letter S (formal style), or just a sun. We'd also be open to the logo image being encased in a circle.
