Brief de Design Illustration

Have you always wanted to design a building? Here's your chance! We're in urgent need of a redesign of our ugly building (two separate towers).

You must maintain the original dimensions of the project. In other words, these elements of the building must stay the same:
- the area occupied by the building
- the number of floors and the height of each floor
- the location and size of the swimming pool
- the location and size of the carpark (under the swimming pool)

You must redesign the look of this drawing. This means you can change:
- the colors of the building
- the landscaping (trees, flowers, vines)
- the look of the roof (but don't add any facilities to the roof like a bar or pool)
- the pointy things on the roof (please remove)

You can even redraw this building exactly the way it is, and just substitute the colors or background (remove the ugly balloons, make the background look nicer). Any style is acceptable whether you want to draw it on a computer or a hand-drawn illustration.

No crazy designs please. I don't want an art project. I want a proper elegant and simple design that can actually be built.

Basically we need a nice picture for our presentation and this just looks old and dated. Sorry, we are on a strict deadline so no extensions. Any questions please ask and I'll get back to you asap!

THE DEADLINE FOR THIS PROJECT IS MONDAY 24 MARCH. I DON'T KNOW WHAT HAPPENED AND WHY IT"s SHOWING AS 27TH MARCH BUT IT SHOULD BE 24TH MARCH.
