Brief de Design de Logo

Our company has recently been acquired by another company. For the transition, we are looking to combine elements from our two logos. It is important that past clients of ours still recognize us while the new company is also represented.

Here are some important components:
1. Strategic Energy Group Logo (attached)- this is our old logo, color scheme is green
2. Nova Consulting Group (attached)- the new company with new logo attached, color scheme is blue
3. We should switch everything over to the blue colors. They are:
Pantone 300 EC or R-0 G-114, B-198
Pantone 294 EC or R-0, G-63, B-135
4. For our branding materials we are also looking for a total of 5 colors so we need 3 colors added to the color scheme. They do not have to be incorporated into the logo. I'm thinking a gray, a black and a highlight color like an orange, yellow or dark red.
5. The new logo should include Strategic Energy Group prominently with the words "A Division of Nova Consulting Group Inc." somewhere less prominently (perhaps underneath)

Logos without the colors listed will not be considered.
