Brief de Design de Logo

I need a logo for a Social Networking site that will be launching within a month. Users will be able to go on to this website and create challenges for other users to compete. Think of it as sort of a YouTube but with a purpose. In addition to videos, users, will be able to create picture, audio, and literature challenges. bePUCKA (the company name) will have a monthly challenge that will allow users to compete to win prizes like tablets, vacations, gas cards, etc. The final design should communicate excitement and competition. You can view the current logo at bepucka.com. After seeing some of the work on this site, I knew it was lacking.

I am looking for 2 logos. 1, the actual logo and 2, a little icon like fb, twiiter, pinterest, instagram, and the other social networking site have.
