Brief de Design de Logo

We are a trainning and coaching / consultancy company (www.livemind.com.br - website to be changed as well in a near future) that already have a logo, but we want it to be more agradable for our customers.
I'm uploading two files of my original logo (all green) and one that I changed colors myself (orange, blue and green). BUT that is just for you to know my actual logo, please don't be attached to it, we are open to get your ideas!

As a coaching and training company on the sector of Personal and Business development, kind of Self-Help as well. We want to communicate a serious company but not too formal.
