Brief de Design Graphique

We need a logo design for a new investment management company based in Florida, Quarter Investment Management LLC.
The company is active in various fields of investment/asset management. Currently our main focus is on real estate investment in North Florida (Orlando region, Daytona, Palm Coast, St Augustine and Jacksonville). The company further more has interest in private equity investment and business brokerage in general.
As to the logo design: (1) the logo will be used as the company logo. This means it will be used on business cards, as letter head, investment proposals etc etc. (2) we have no particular wishes as to color or design; the design should be conservative (the finance back ground), but can be 'innovative' in order to make it distinct, recognizable and within the finance field. (3) since we focus on 'new way' of doing investments and managing third party assets, the logo can be 'fantasy'. (4) key words for the company: quarter (goes without saying), trust, relationships, risk, return, personal, community, history, partnerships, value(s).
