Brief de Web Design
I need a basic website for a new real estate company that deals with both residential and commercial sales. It must be clean and professional. We sell homes, office buildings, farms, and ranches. It should feel crisp and clean.
I need a main page with my logo and links to commercial, residential, farm and land searches with contact data forms. Also incorporated would be a mls property search (IDX) form. I am in Northern California and the current site I posted is at www.pbmerit.com. I need the functionality of the links and the supporting pages. I do not have all the copy ready because I did not know what to expect.

Project Deadline Extended
Reason: I apologize, I am extremely busy and you all need more data to do a good job. All the designs are great so far and it is extremely difficult to choose at this point. I haven't given you enough data. I haver now uploaded some relevent photos (not very good) and edited the brief.
I am looking for what I call the Landing or main page with some functionality built in to other pages which I also need. Example if you click on "Commercial" it should go to a page that discusses our commercial dept.......
