Brief de Web Design

The winter carnival is celebrating it's 50th anniversary this year and we are looking to have a new website that will not only work for the 50th, but will work for future years as well (so cannot be 100% geared to the anniversary in terms of look & feel).

The primary focus of the Carnival is the events that take place through the 10-day carnival, and giving recognition to the sponsors (rotating logos on splash page / interior).

The primary colours of the Carnival are Red and White. For some background information - see the old site parked here: http://www.bonsoo.on.ca/content.php?ID=34

For the design concepts, we welcome stock photography as we would like to see several photos located prominently throughout the site which we will provide once the site is being constructed (no need to buy stock - we have lots of photos that we can use once a design is selected).

The carnival is a WINTER carnival - so obviously a winter theme utilizing the Red / White colours of our brand.

PSD files will be required so we can code the site to our needs from a technical perspective.
