Hi. below the main logo HPsquared, do you want the subtext "Happy People High Performance" or the subtext "Making change possible"? :)
Maybe the 2HP concepts could they themselves belong to the logo and MCP could be the payoff?
Or, the phrase MCP could be published -but it is not part of the whole logo- onto website, posters, ads as the main suggestion about your logo (and firm)?

Don't really have cut and clear answers though, so I'm hoping for your creative input on this. Could you make different designs in which you show the different ways of incorporating the subtexts? You made 2 suggestions in answer to you own question, but to be honest, I don't really understand what it would look like..
What I do know is that I want to use both texts. Where or how, I will leave that to you :)
So please, surprise and impress me with you creativity and design!
