Brief de Design Wordpress

i bought a wordpress template, bought my domain and my hosting package. i need someone to pull it all together and design my website and get it up and running.

i have the content, the logos, the look and feel of my design and i will provide these to you. I will need the headings on the theme to change and there will need to be some customization, including the the Social Icons-would need new icons creating similar in look to the existing ones, and then some minor code changes to have a new option appear in the Theme Options panel (ie; Enter your Linkedin username: , rss feed)

i will want one of the pull down tabs to have

I will want the wordpress theme to be SEO optimized. The site is optimized with SEO in mind, but also want the free WordPress plugin called All in One SEO added and any others that you feel are compelling.

• even though this is a corporate website, i want the site to be artsy. i like the grey/black and white look and feel of what the template looks like and i want orange as the highlight color.
  
  i will be adding color photos and video to the site. which i do not have yet.
  
  i uploaded the logo and watermark, along with the front and back of my business card so that we remain consistent.
  
  the watermark is used on my stationary and email template.
  
  i will also need the control panel turned over to me when finished so that i may manage going forward.
  
  i would also like to have an ongoing relationship with the web designer as I will be creating other sites as my business takes off.
