Brief de Design Graphique

Hi Genius designers,

I have a seemingly very simple project, I am organizing a open source hardware hackathon (www.makathon.org) and need 6 deliverables:
1) a better looking png logo with transparent background (one light grey, one dark grey color. Only the middle Anarchy A have to remain red) (deadline March 18)
2) a better looking square picture (for social media identity) (deadline March 18)
3) business cards (deadline March 18) (name, email, mobile, twitter, www.makathon.org)
4) A3 poster (deadline March 18), should include:
- Tagline: Non-profit Open Source Hardware Hardware
- Date: March 28-30
- Venue: Techshop Mid-Peninsula, 345 Shoreway Rd, San Carlos
- Join the Hardware renaissance!
- www.makathon.org
- QR code (attached)
5) standard standing banners (deadline March 20)

I attached existing logo just need it to be better, and a background picture to use for all these marketing materials. Just need someone to make all these very professional.
