Brief de Web Design

Problems to be solved.
a) Screen resolution: Our current menu and header doesn't use the space optimally. Visitors with 1358 resolution don't see a lot of the content on the page which kills conversion. So we need a smaller header and menu. Menu and top sticky bars are very big
b) Call to actions: We need our menu to be more efficient and provide clear call to actions to the visitor (contact us, looking for jobs and get a free quote being most important).
c) mobile: On mobile our current menu is more or less useless.

What we need!
We need a menu and header that maximizes conversion and optimizes space usage for all resultions and devices.
